Conventional Machining
Not every project needs CNC work, and we’ll be up-front with you about that.
Our experienced toolmakers provide precision milling, turning, and grinding services for fast turn-around times. This is a great choice for one-of-a-kind production and prototyping.
CNC Milling
We use state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical machining centers, which include 4-axis machining capability. Jaabaz Precision’s CNC mills are equipped with high-pressure coolant systems and 14,000 RPM spindles to facilitate high-speed machining.
To reduce setup and production time and keep quality high, we’ve invested in pallet changers, tombstones, and quick-change fixtures.
